- Developed and delivered the training and facilitation for a Continuous Improvement programme across the European sites (including head offices) of a leading, global plastics manufacturer generating benefits of over €1million.
- Developed and implemented an operational transformation programme for over 120 Local Directors across the national branch network of a leading UK bank.
- Redesign of the operational training system (including recording and MI tools) for 150-strong production workforce.

- Increasing process efficiency from 15% to over 75% within 3 months, consequently adding 15% to the operation’s overall turnover.

- Successful integration of an acquired €6million business: Relocating equipment & personnel, additional recruitment & training, whilst reorganising the incumbent €30 million t/o operation.
- Managing a €2million restructuring project: Closing a UK facility, integrating the €9million business into a sister site, whilst also transferring out €8million of separate business to a mainland Europe site.
